Getting a Referral

It is always best to obtain a referral from your GP prior to your first appointment.

This is necessary to ensure that you are eligable to claim a Medicare rebate on the consultation fee.

A new referral from your GP is required every 12 months, unless otherwise stated on your referral letter. If you are referred by another specialist your referral will only remain valid for 3 months.


Cancelling an Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please phone our office during business hours at least 24 hours before your appointment, so that we can offer your appointment time to another patient on our waiting list.
